Men's squash falls to Bowdoin in first round at NESCACs

The Hamilton College Continentals dropped a 9-0 decision against the Bowdoin College Polar Bears on Friday evening in the first round of the 2019 NESCAC Men's Squash Championship at Middlebury College's Bostwick Family Squash Center in Middlebury, Vermont.

This was the first matchup between the Polar Bears and the Continentals this season. Bowdoin -- seeded sixth in the tournament and 23rd in the College Squash Team Rankings -- goes on to play third-seeded Williams College in the quarterfinals on Saturday, Feb. 2.

Hamilton (3-9 overall) is seeded 11th for the championship and is 34th in the College Squash Team Rankings. The Continentals take on ninth-seeded Connecticut College Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by No. 10 seed Wesleyan University at 1:30 p.m.
