Hunt '20 is a men's lacrosse scholar all-American

Hamilton College men's lacrosse player Henry Hunt '20 (Old Lyme, Conn./Lyme-Old Lyme HS) was selected a 2020 Warrior and New Balance Division III Scholar All-American by the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association on June 26.

2020 USILA Scholar All-Americans release

Scholar all-Americans must be nominated by their coach and be a senior in academic standing with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. They will have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to themselves, their institution and to college lacrosse both on and off the field. They must be an all-American, a member of a North/South team, or an outstanding league or conference player. Each individual is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the scholar all-America committee.

Hunt played in 38 games during his Hamilton career and finished with 58 goals and 24 assists for 82 points. He started 19 games at attack and scooped up 43 ground balls. He started all three games this spring before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He posted seven goals, four assists, 11 ground balls and three caused turnovers for the Continentals.
