Groton's goal came 5:07 into the first period after Sam Jones '20 passed it to Stephen Cochrane '20 who took a shot from the point that Groton tipped in. Hamilton made it 2-0 with 5:41 left in the first when Sean Allen '21 found Nick Hawkins '23 in front of the net from the left point.

Colby (7-10-3, 3-9-2) scored at the 4:31 mark in the second period. Spencer Hewson put the puck in the net off a tic-tac-toe feed from J.P. Schuhlen and Logan Clarke from around the back of the net.

The Continentals made it 3-1 at 1:35 of the third period. Allen moved the puck down the left side and passed it to Nick Ursitti '20 who fed it to Jordi Jefferson '22 in front of the net. Jefferson leads the team in points with 13 and in goals with nine while Allen leads the team with eight assists. Bennett Morrison '20 finished the scoring on an unassisted power-play goal with 4:47 left after he stole the puck from a Colby player right in front of their net.
