Biography

2019-20: Finished 15th in the 400-yard individual medley, 19th in the 200-yard individual medley and 28th in the 200-yard breaststroke at the NESCAC Championships.

Personal: Undeclared major... Nate attended Ocean City High School... He is the son of Sean and Heather Hays, and brother to Abby and Grace Hays.... Nate swam with the East Coast C Cerpants for six years.
