2020-21: Selected for the 2021 NESCAC Men's Rowing All-Conference Team... Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team... Earned Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) Scholar Athlete honors... Rowed for the varsity eight at the NESCAC West Division men's rowing event.

2019-20: Rowed for the first varsity eight at the Head of the Genesee Regatta and at the 49th Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.

2018-19: Rowed for the varsity eight at the New York State Collegiate Championships as the MV8 finished second (6:00.991)... Rowed for the varsity eight at the NESCAC/National Invitational Rowing Championships as the MV8 finished fourth (6:13.564) in the petite final.

2017-18: Rowed for the second varsity eight at the New York State Collegiate Championships as the M2V8 finished second... Rowed for the second varsity eight at the NESCAC/National Invitational Rowing Championships as the M2V8 finished third in the petite final.

Personal: Undeclared major... Will attended Hopewell Valley Central High School... He is the son of Tom Grimes.
