Biography

2020-21: Named to the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team... Earned Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) Scholar Athlete honors... Rowed for the varsity eight at the NESCAC West Division men's rowing event.

2018-19: Rowed for the second varsity eight at the New York State Collegiate Championships as the M2V8 finished second (6:18.626)... Rowed for the second varsity eight at the NESCAC/National Invitational Rowing Championships as the M2V8 finished fourth (6:28.316) in the petite final.

2017-18: Rowed for the novice fours at the New York State Collegiate Championships as the MN4 finished third out of 13 crews... Rowed for the open fours at the NESCAC/National Invitational Rowing Championships as the MO4 finished sixth out of 10 crews.

Personal: Undeclared major... Joel attended Veritas Academy... He is the son of Dan and Leslie Harper.
