Hamilton College guard Kena Gilmour '20 (New Paltz, N.Y./Kent School [Conn.]) was selected for the 2020 D3hoops.com Men's All-Region Team on Tuesday, March 17.

D3hoops.com All-Northeast Region Team

Gilmour is one of five players on the fourth team in the Northeast and one of 20 athletes honored overall in the region. He is on the all-region team for the third time in his four seasons with the Continentals. He was on the first team in 2019 and made the all-region second team as a sophomore. This is the 19th year D3hoops.com has named an all-region team.

Gilmour, who was already named to the all-NESCAC first team and National Association of Basketball Coaches all-district first team this month, averaged 22.0 points in 24 games -- all of which were starts. He shot nearly 45 percent from the field and almost 78 percent at the free-throw line. He grabbed 5.7 rebounds per contest and added 59 assists, 33 steals and 11 blocked shots. He scored 20 or more points 14 times and 30 or more points five times.

Gilmour finished his career in fifth place on the team's all-time list with 1,935 points. In four seasons he led the team to 81 victories and four trips to the postseason. The Hamilton men reached the 2019 conference championship final and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III championship in 2018 and 2019.
