Hamilton College guard Kena Gilmour '20 (New Paltz, N.Y./Kent School [Conn.]) was selected for the 2020 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division III All-District Men's Team on Tuesday, March 17.

NABC All-District Team

Gilmour is one of six players on the first team in the Northeast district and one of 11 athletes honored overall in the district. He is on the all-district team for the third time in his four seasons with the Continentals. He was voted the district's player of the year in 2019 and made the all-district second team as a sophomore. The student-athletes are selected by NABC member coaches from NCAA Division III.

Gilmour, who was named to the all-NESCAC first team in early March, averaged 22.0 points in 24 games -- all of which were starts. He shot nearly 45 percent from the field and almost 78 percent at the free-throw line. He grabbed 5.7 rebounds per contest and added 59 assists, 33 steals and 11 blocked shots. He scored 20 or more points 14 times and 30 or more points five times.

Gilmour finished his career in fifth place on the team's all-time list with 1,935 points. In four seasons he led the team to 81 victories and four trips to the postseason. The Hamilton men reached the final of the 2019 conference championship and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III championship in 2018 and 2019.
