The 3,400 square foot athletic training clinic provides Continental student-athletes and the rest of the community the space to be evaluated and treated and to prepare for practices and contests. It is located on the south end of the Margaret Bundy Scott Fieldhouse.

The facility features ample treatment areas for student-athletes, taping stations and a large area for functional rehabilitation, which includes foam rollers, propreoceptive devices, medicine balls, a rebounder and cardiovascular machines. |
The facility also includes a Keiser functional trainer and a Biodex Stability system. The Keiser runs on compressed air and allows for resistance to be varied in 0.1 pound increments. The Biodex Stability system monitors lower extremity sway and ankle stability and provides data for return to play criteria.   |

In addition to these rehabilitation modalities, the athletic training clinic also features a state of the art rehabilitation tub. This device, the largest of its kind, boasts an environmentally friendly design (using the energy generated for cooling one tank to provide heat for the other tank) of two tanks, which each hold 650 gallons with a capacity of 10 student-athletes.

In 2015 the sports medicine department opened a second facility: the Choate Family Sports Medicine Center, located in the Delaney Team Center off Russell Sage Rink. The new facility is used primarily for hockey coverage and game day use for Hamilton's outdoor sports.
