2020-21: Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-America honors... Selected for the  Academic All-District Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Team for NCAA Division III by the College Sports Information Directors of America... Collected All-Region and All-NESCAC honors for the 800 meters... Received the 2021 Jack B. Riffle Award... Finished eighth in the men's 800-meters at the 2021 NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships.

2019-20: Finished third in the 800m at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships on March 7... Finished 27th in the 800m at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier on Feb. 28.

2018-19: Finished second in the 800m at the Atlantic Region Indoor Championships on March 2... Placed 17th at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships on March 8... Finished first in the 800m at the NESCAC Outdoor Championships on April 27... His career-best time of 1:50.51 at the Army West Point Twilight on May 9 was the second best time in Division III throughout the entire season... Placed 14th in the 800m at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 24... Earned All-NESCAC outdoor honors in the 800m... Received All-Region indoor and outdoor honors in the 800m. 

2017-18: Part of the 1,600m relay (3:20.79) that broke the school indoor record at the the Boston Univ. Last Chance Qualifier on Feb. 25... Finished first in the 800m at the Atlantic Region Indoor Championships... Finished fifth in both the 800m and 1,600m relay at the NESCAC Outdoor Championships... Finished second in the 800m at the Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships... Received All-Region indoor and outdoor honors in the 800m... Selected as the 2018 NESCAC Most Outstanding Rookie Performer.
