2020-21: Named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.
2019-20: Finished 33rd in the 50-yard freestyle, 39th in the 200-yard freestyle and 44th in 100-yard freestyle at the NESCAC Championships... Named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.
2018-19: Finished 30th in the 50-yard freestyle and 35th in the 200-yard freestyle at the NESCAC Championships.
Personal: Undeclared major... Phoebe attended Concord-Carlisle High School... She is the daughter of David and Rebecca Parker, and the sister to Sophie, Meghan and Isabel.
