Women's golf competes for NESCAC title in Massachusetts May 1 to May 3

54-hole event begins Friday at Williams College's Taconic Golf Club

The Hamilton College Continentals travel to Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass., for the 2026 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Golf Championship, which gets started on Friday, May 1.

The 54-hole championship continues on Saturday, May 2 and concludes on Sunday, May 3. The NESCAC champion receives an automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championship, which is in Palm Desert, Calif., from May 19 to May 22.
 
Friday's tee times begin at 12:30 p.m. but Hamilton's group, which includes host Williams College, Bowdoin College and Middlebury College, won't start teeing off until 1:20. Saturday's and Sunday's rounds begin at 9 a.m., weather permitting.
 
The Continentals' best finish in this event was second place in 2024. Aubrey Lee '28, who has earned individual medalist honors in two of the four tournaments she has played in this season, leads the team with an 18-hole stroke average of 76.22 in nine rounds. Shanya Arasu '28 has finished in the top 20 five times in 2025-26 and averages 77.08 for 18 holes.
 
Hamilton was ranked 12th in the Women's Golf Coaches Association Division III Top 25 poll that was released on April 10.
