CLINTON, N.Y. – The Hamilton College Continentals won the 2025 Hamilton Tune-Up Invitational by placing nine men in the top 10 on Saturday, Oct. 25.
Jack Quinn '27 finished in second place out of 81 runners with his best race of the season, posting a time of 15:28.1 on the 5-kilometer course.
Liam Card '27 placed third in a personal-best 5K time of 15:42.2.
Jeremy Bywater '27 also had a personal-best performance and was close behind Card in fourth place with a time of 15:44.8. Bywater ran with Card the entirety of the race.
Ellis Goodson '27 had yet another personal record and finished in fifth place in 15:47.3.
Zed McNaughton '27 made his return to Hamilton's top five and placed sixth in 15:52.0, which was just a second slower than his season opener.
Drew Richardson '26 (15:54) and
Brady Armstrong '28 (15:59) ended up in seventh and eighth place, respectively.
The Continentals finished in first place with 20 team points. Utica University came in second with 43 points and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry placed third with 88 points.
The Continentals travel to Connecticut College to compete at the NESCAC Championship on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 11 a.m.
