Hamilton College's
Peyton Sichol '26 posted a top-10 performance and the Continentals finished 12
th out of 18 teams in the 2022 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Fall Preview held at Mission Inn Resort & Club's El Campeon Golf Course in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., on Sept. 18 and 19.

The tournament field was the toughest Hamilton will see all season as nine teams are currently ranked in the Women's Golf Coaches Association Top 25 poll. The Continentals, who are receiving votes in the coach's poll, finished the event at 645 after a four-person team score of 321 on Sunday and 324 on Monday.

Nationally ranked No. 7 University of Redlands captured the team title at 605 and No. 20 University of Texas at Dallas was runner-up at 613. No. 10 Washington University in St. Louis and No. 13 Washington and Lee University tied for third place at 615.

Sichol landed in 10
th place out of 94 golfers with a 36-hole total of 151, including a team-leading 74 in the final round.
Maddie Hong '23 tied for 28
th place at 158 and topped Hamilton with a career-best 74 in the first round.

Olivia Strigh '25 tied for 40
th place after she carded a pair of 80s and finished at 160.
Allie LeeHoffman '23 and
Sarah DeSanto '25 ended up at 177 for the tournament. DeSanto registered an 86 on Monday and LeeHoffman shot 87 the same round.

The Continentals compete in the Williams College Invitational at Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass., on Sept. 24 and 25.
