Ann-Sophie Koglin '20 (Westfield, N.J./Westfield HS) and Danielle Schuman '19 (West Hartford, Conn./Conard HS) are on the women's all-conference first team and Perrin Salewood '21 (St. Louis, Mo./John Burroughs School) is on the second team. Trent Pfeiffer '19 (Richmond, Mass./Monument Mountain Regional HS) made the men's all-NESCAC second team.

The 20-member squads are comprised of individuals from the conference's eight rowing programs and based on each team's finish at the NESCAC championships, which were held in conjunction with the National Invitational Rowing Championships (NIRC) on May 12.

Koglin is on the first team for the first time after she was on the second team in 2017 and 2018. Schuman and Salewood are on the all-conference team for the first time. They all helped the Hamilton women's varsity 8 finish in third place out of eight NESCAC boats and lifted the varsity 8 to sixth place in the NIRC grand final. On Tuesday the Continentals received a bid to the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's Rowing Championships.

Pfeiffer is on the all-conference team for the second time after he was also on the second team as a sophomore in 2017. He helped the Hamilton men's varsity 8 finish in sixth place among NESCAC boats on Sunday. Pfeiffer and the Continentals earned a silver medal in the collegiate 8 at the New York State Collegiate Rowing Championships on May 4.
