Steuben Field

Steuben Field

Three Continental teams – football, men’s lacrosse and women’s lacrosse – play their home games at Steuben Field. The facility is named for Baron von Steuben, the Prussian-born military officer who served as inspector general and major general of the Continental Army during the American Revolution. von Steuben, who became an American citizen after the war, laid the cornerstone of the school.

Steuben Field’s artificial grass surface was installed in 2009 and allows for lacrosse games to be played as early as February.
