Kelly Janssen ’28 is the field hockey team’s October Athlete of the Month.

Kelly was selected the NESCAC Player of the Week on Oct. 20. She allowed just two goals in 250 minutes that covered six games as the Continentals went 4-2 in those contests. Kelly made four stops for her first career shutout in a 3-0 win against Trinity on Oct. 25. She turned away all four shots in the second half and overtime and didn’t give up a shootout goal in a 2-1 victory at Amherst on Oct. 18.
