Chester Boynton ’27 is the March Athlete of the Month for the baseball team.

Chester hit .468 (22-for-47) with 16 runs, eight RBI, 12 walks, seven stolen bases, four doubles and a triple in 17 games. He was selected the NESCAC Player of the Week on March 24. Chester finished with a career-high four hits in a 7-6 win against Knox. He hit a bases-clearing double that broke a 2-2 tie in a 15-4 victory against Worcester State and ended up with a career-best four runs batted in. Chester went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate in a 12-2 victory over Lawrence on March 25. He went 2-for-3 with a double and two walks in a 6-5 NESCAC West Division win at Wesleyan on March 29.
