Dana Schwartz ’26 is the April Athlete of the Month for the women’s track and field team.

Dana started the month by breaking a 17-year-old team record in the javelin throw at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite on April 6. She proceeded to finish first in the event two more times before eclipsing her own record at the NESCAC Championships on April 27. Dana recorded a distance of 36.68 meters (120 feet, 4 inches) and finished in sixth place at Tufts.
