Luke Kurzum ’27 is the football team’s October Athlete of the Month.

The first-year quarterback was selected the NESCAC Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 30 two days after he helped lead the Continentals to a 36-34 win over Tufts in five overtimes. Luke finished the game with 177 yards passing and two touchdowns, and ran for 61 more yards and another score. In three games in October he ended up with 531 yards through the air, 185 more on the ground, and a total of five touchdowns.
