Katja Dunlap '18 scored her second game-winning overtime goal of the season at 5:14 of the first overtime period to guide Hamilton College women's soccer to a 1-0 non-conference win over SUNY Oswego on Tuesday afternoon at Love Field.

The win marks Hamilton's fourth straight shutout victory and their 10th shutout of the season.

Kristin Hughes '20 took the corner kick for Hamilton in the 95th minute. Oswego goalkeeper Emma Allen (11 saves) left the net to grab the ball but a defender knocked it out of her hands right to the foot of Cat Gambino '21 waiting at the penalty spot. Gambino ripped a shot to the left side of the net but Nicolette Larosa made a defensive save for the Lakers. Katja Dunlap '18 headed Larosa's deflected ball just under the crossbar for her 11th collegiate career goal. Gambino receives credit for her first assist of the season.

The Continentals (9-4-2 overall) had a chance to get on the scoreboard just three minutes into the game when Katie Kreider '18 sailed a cross to the back post. Darby Philbrick '18 was all alone with Allen but the shot went just outside the left pipe.

Oswego's best scoring opportunity came four minutes later off a corner kick by Audrey Burbidge. Emily Dumont '18 left the net to get the ball but Oswego's Gab Garcea passed the ball around Dumont to a wide-open Sarah Grupp. Grupp fired a shot but Maddie Dale '20 kept the game scoreless with a big defensive stop at the goal line.

Dumont made two saves for her eighth shutout of the season.

The Continentals had a 31-3 shot advantage with all of Oswego's shots taken in the first half.

Hamilton closes the regular season with a perfect 5-0 record in non-conference action, and maintains its 17-game winning streak over the Lakers (7-7-1).
