Hamilton College moved up two more spots to 11th in this week's Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III Top 20 poll.

IWLCA D3 April 17 poll

The Continentals' current position in the poll is the highest they've been ranked this year. Hamilton was at No. 13 in the April 10 poll but defeated Williams College and Connecticut College in NESCAC games last week. The Continentals (9-4, 7-2 NESCAC) have won three in a row and eight of their last nine.

Nine of the 15 teams on Hamilton's 2017 schedule are in this week's poll. The Continentals play two of those ranked programs in what is going to be a huge final week of the regular season for the women's lacrosse team.

Hamilton travels to No. 12 Ithaca College for a non-conference game on Wednesday, April 19 and the Continentals make the trip to Hartford, Conn., for a NESCAC showdown with No. 6 Trinity College on Saturday, April 22. The game at Trinity is the regular season finale for Hamilton. The Continentals are in third place in the conference standings, just one-half game behind NESCAC leaders Trinity and Middlebury College.
