Men's golf places 4th at Ekwanok Tournament

The Hamilton College Continentals wrapped up their fall season by finishing fourth out of four teams at the 2017 Ekwanok Men's Golf Tournament, which was held at Ekwanok Country Club in Manchester, Vt., on Tuesday afternoon.

Hamilton's Bobby Osborn '20 tied for sixth place out of 32 golfers with a collegiate-best 72. Andrew Watson '19 tied for 12th place with a 76 and Joe Tigani '18 tied for 16th just one stroke behind Watson at 77. All 11 of Tigani's rounds this fall were in the 70s. Tom Graham '21 carded a 78 and both Nick Schanzer '21 and Nick Randolph '21 added 80s.

The top six out of eight scores counted towards the team total and the Continentals ended up at 463. Williams College (433) edged Trinity College (435) for the team title and host Middlebury College landed in third place at 454.
