Paul Adey is in his 30th year as an assistant football coach at Hamilton College. Adey works with the defensive line. He was the athletic department's strength and conditioning coordinator and was responsible for all aspects of strength and conditioning for more than half of Hamilton's 29 men's and women's varsity intercollegiate programs.
Adey coached at central New York powerhouse Rome Free Academy for 11 years before coming to Hamilton. While Adey was at RFA, the Black Knights compiled an 82-12 mark, never lost more than two games in a season and captured a division title in 1981. He was inducted into the Rome Sports Hall of Fame in 2014.
Adey, who graduated from Syracuse University, resides in Rome with his wife Bonnie. They have two sons, Kevin and Christopher.
